Volunteer Research Description
I can do lookups in microfilmed newspapers and other resources at the Idaho Historical Library and Archives and Boise Public Library. Scanned and e-mailed results are generally free, but photocopies cost about 20¢ per page. For obituaries, please provide name, location, and death date. I generally will not start research until after exchanging e-mails with the person doing the requesting - since my reply e-mail comes from my gmail address, a lot of mail programs route it to a junk box and the person requesting never sees my reply.
