Before submitting your request, please read the Guidelines for making a request. We want your visit to be a successful one.
Submit as specific a request as possible -- don't be too general.
Be sure to limit your request to areas in which the volunteer is offering to research. Do not ask the volunteer for out of area requests.
If you do not find a volunteer in the area you need, check back again as new volunteers come along every day.
Never make the same request of more than one volunteer at a time.

I will also try to include a translation when neccessary as some of the records include German and occasionally German script, but I am not an expert at doing this and do not speak/write German, but I have access to excellent tools that can aid me with it and know some basic genealogical terms. The records available for searching are Baptisms 1864-1946, Confirmations 1864-1945, Marriages 1864-1945, Deaths 1864-1945, Pastors & Officers 1854-1995, and various Family Group Sheets of Members that detail their families and often include places of Origin in foreign countries., I DO NOT live in Iowa and cannot visit the cemetery or provide lookups for anything other than what is listed above. |
