Are you asking a genealogical question?
Go to the locale where the question applies, and find a volunteer. If there is no volunteer for that locale, check back again at a later time. We get new volunteers daily.
Don't know where a town is located?
For the US check out this link.
For other locales, you might want to try the Google Search engine.
Need to change your volunteer information and/or status?
Please go to the change form. Click on the link to the form that applies to your change. Please be sure to fill in the form completely.
Problems with contacting volunteers?
To report on a volunteer's e-mail address bouncing or non-responsive volunteers (after you’ve tried twice & waited patiently for 2 weeks after each try).
We need the following information: the volunteer's name, locale, e-mail address and the problem you are having.
